A bench of Chief Justice D K Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia described her as “a wrestler of international repute” and reprimanded the federation for its decision to declare Phogat “ineligible” to participate in domestic events. MAJOR RELIEF Nod to DJB rejig, as 70% rebate on water infra charges A N U P V E R M A @ New Delhi THE Delhi government has announced a major rationalisation of Delhi Jal Board (DJB) infrastructure charges (IFC). The government on Friday said that the IFC for water and sewer would be levied on a water demand basis and only on new development or additional construction within a property . CM Rekha Gupta said that the IFC would apply only to new construction projects or additional construction carried out on an existing property .
