The SC began hybrid hearing of the petition at 5 pm and pronounced its interim order at 9 pm. Senior advocate A M Singhvi, appearing for Prabhu, said people who have changed sides do not reflect the will of people and heavens won’t fall if the floor test is not held on Thursday .
